A question that I am often asked is… who is therapy for? My answer to this question is always everyone. Everyone can benefit from therapy. From those struggling with their mental health to those wanting to improve themselves through self-development. That’s why I provide bespoke therapy that’s tailored to your needs.
Working on a psychological level we are likely to explore your past, present and goals for the future. How your automated behaviours, responses and ways of being may be holding you back from living the life you want. The awareness and change this exploration brings, leading you towards, a happier, more content and fulfilled life.
As your Haappy Therapist, I will be there every step of the way, celebrating your successes, supporting you when things get tough and challenging you with different perspectives.
A modern approach to therapy, online therapy gives you the freedom to take part in your session wherever there’s a stable internet connection. There’s no need for you to travel to a fixed location. You can be at home, at work, abroad, it really doesn’t matter. If you have the internet, zoom or skype, and a private space in which you won’t be disturbed or overheard, your session can take place. All you need to do is log in at the pre-agreed time.
With online therapy, I am always asked… is it as effective as face-to-face therapy? My answer to this, in my experience, with my clients is “yes”. Online therapy works just as well as the more traditional face-to-face therapy. Research by Zurich University and EClinicalMedicine supporting my experience.
Face-to-face therapy is the traditional approach to therapy. Also known as in-person therapy, the human contact you have with your therapist, has the potential to reduce your stress levels and increase your motivation and energy.
You can talk about your challenges and dreams, to your therapist, in person. And in the safe, confidential, and neutral space of a therapy room.
